Peacock coloured cushion with gold kimono fan
This gorgeous cushion has a thickly embroidered panel centre stage of a gold and turquoise fan surrounded by pale pink, white and mauve cherry blossoms, from a vintage Japanese “Uchikake” or wedding Kimono. The outer panels are of a Chinese silk with small temples woven into the design and a beautiful dark bluish green cotton velvet. The panels are piped with a purple shot blue piping and then an aquamarine shot green and the entire outer edge of the cushion is piped with a light aqua, thick pile, cotton velvet. It is backed with the dark bluish green cotton velvet. A zip on the bottom gives access to the soft enclosed made-to-measure 100% feather insert. Dry cleaning recommended.
